Probability Line

Preparation** Stick a length of masking tape on each table to use as a probability line. 

Class Activity – Draw a chalk line on the floor.  and work together to place the chance language cards – slide 20 – on the floor. 

Practice as a whole class standing on the likelihood of an event occuring based on different chance events with the whole class number line.

Work through the Slides 1-4 , discuss with buddy and decide where each event should be on the probability line.
