The ladder game

Each player draws a ladder with 6 rungs.  Then number 100 is written at the top with 0 at the bottom.

Players take it in turns to throw 2 ten-sided dice.  Players use the numbers thrown to make a 2-digit number.  They then write the number created on one of the rungs of the ladder.

Numbers must be placed in sequential order up the ladder.  A player must pass if there is no place to put the number created by the toss of the dice on the ladder.

Winner is the first player to fill every rung.

• Extending prompts: Change the number of 10 sided dice used and adjust the top number accordingly or change the range between top and bottom number.
