Party Time Sharing

Launch:

Mr Bear wants to share his marshmallows between his friends, How many friends could he have to his party so that it was a fair share?

A teacher is having a party and has 12 lollipops to share. How can he/she work out how many people to invite so that each person gets the same amount?
