Finding Half

How many different ways can you represent a half (Eg half, ½, half a shape coloured in, half a collection, 5c and 10c piece 

Use water or rice to show half of a container, half price at the shops, two tables and pull one apart it is half, half of the months of the year, half of 100, half of a clock etc

Find things around the room. 

Kids might like to record on a big poster of all the things they find.
