Fraction Friend 

You are going to make a person using kinder circles, squares, triangles and rectangles. 

You are going to fold your 2D shape (eg circle) into halves or quarters. Shade a fraction of your shape and write and record it. 

Repeat with long rectangle strips for arms and legs. fold into your students level and strengths. 

Record each section that you have shaded.

How many wholes would this be?

How many quarters did you make?
