Addition Shapes

LI: I can use addition strategies to solve problems. 

Draw a square.

Roll 2 x 9 sided die to create a two digit number and write this number in the middle of the square.

Write numbers on all four sides of the square that add up the number in the middle.

How many different ways to solve this can you come up with?

Enabling: Draw a triangle and use smaller numbers (0-20)

Extending: Draw a pentagon, hexagon and use larger numbers (3 or 4 digit numbers)
