Over the Hedge

“Over the Edge”

 

Students have a tens frame template. The goal is to get as close to 30 without going over. Take turns to roll dice and fill up their tens frame with counters. As they near 30, they consider whether they want to keep rolling or stay put on their number. Once everyone has stopped, the person closest to 30 wins. Repeat.
