Sequencing TIME – First, Next, Then

 

Using the language ‘first’ ‘then’ and ‘next’, give students verbal instructions to complete a simple drawing. Once finished Chin It to see if all the drawings look the same from the verbal instructions. 

Invite a student to have a go giving the instructions. Pair up and take turns doing this to each other.
