Place Value Duel Game
Place Value Dice Duel
One die tells how many.
The other die tells what to count by.
For example:
Roll a starting number depending on ability.
En: 1 digit
At: 2 digit
ext: 3 or 4 digit.
Get starting number eg 15, then:
Roll 1: eg 5
Roll 2: h, t, o?
1–2 = ones → count on 5
3–4 = tens → count on 50
5–6 = hundreds → count on 500
Whoever has the highest number is 5 rolls wins that round.
Students keep a running total.
