Number Book with iPads

Using a subitising video or slideshow, stop and ask what number can you see?

How do you know? Can you show this on a tens frame?

Using the iPads and Seesaw you are going to make a number book.

The children are going to go around the room and take photos of certain number of objects. They are going to show how to represent a number in a different way e.g. lego tower, tens frame, group of pencils etc. By the end of the lesson, they would have created a digital number book showing various ways of representing the one number.
