Birthday Maths

Do the following as A4 posters divided into 6 sections:

Students use their 6 digit birthday date to:

-Show original Birthdate in dd/mm/yy format

– Make the smallest & largest number possible

– Make as many different numbers as possible, order them from smallest to largest

– Highlight all the odd/even numbers in diff colours

– 10 more/less and 100 more/less

– Number in written form

BIRTHDAY MATHS – Template

Enabling: use 3 or 4 digit birthdate

Extension: use 8 digit birthdate, rename your birthday as many different ways as possible
